When will my order ship?

All items are ready to ship and usually leave within 24 hours of receiving your order.

Do you include receipts in the package?

No — every order is gift-ready with no receipts included. You can also request a handwritten note by leaving a message at checkout.

How much is shipping?

Shipping is charged on the first item in your order, with additional items shipped at a reduced rate. Exact costs are shown at checkout.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship to select countries worldwide. Please note that international customers are responsible for customs fees, duties, and local taxes.

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unused, in their original packaging, and with tags attached. Sale items and gift cards are non-returnable.

How do I start a return or get a refund?

Contact us at laboheme41@yahoo.com to request a return. Once approved, we’ll provide instructions and a return label. Refunds are processed within 10 business days after receiving your item.

Are your pieces handmade?

Yes, every La Boheme design is handcrafted with care, making each piece unique and full of character.

How do I care for my jewellery?

To keep your pieces beautiful, avoid contact with water, perfumes, and harsh chemicals. Store them in their original packaging or a soft pouch when not in use.
